As a business owner it was my pleasure having my work gear stored at State Street Storage. They were always polite and very accommodating. Their prices are decent and and it is a nice building. If I ever have the need to store anything again I won't hesitate to choose State Street Storage.

Clean climate controlled storage is the new craze...this place is so clean and well kept and the staff is amazingly helpful...they have supplies to make moving and storage easier.

Love this place. There are a few other cheaper options but, like pretty much everything else, you get what you pay for. It's clean, safe, the location is amazing, and the staff was always great.Super glad that we spent the time there that we did.

I go out of way to rent here because Kresta and Ivan are so helpful and reasonable. Best customer service, well maintained and clean, feels safe and secure. I've observed them doing business with Uhaul rentals and I'd definitely use them if I needed a Uhaul.

I feel good knowing my things are safe in this facility. It is well maintained and has good security and is gated. They are a bit expensive though. They've raised their rate twice on me in 3 years. Not happy with that AT ALL! I'll be moving out if it goes up any more! 🤔😠

I have been a customer here for just about 2 years a believe and I have been very happy with this place. I have not a single issue with this place. You can find an issue with anything if you truely wanted to so there are always those who can never be pleased. But I highly recommend this place. I'm glad to trust them with my stuff and give my money for them storing my things.

I have been using this place for about 2 1/2 years. I like it here. They don't really seem to keep the 2nd floor temp down. You can be up there for more then 10 minutes. So when they say temp controller. Make sure you are inly on the main floor. You will have issues with highend wood furniture. It gets way to hot up there. The elevator is a joke though. It now has a un-even lip when you get in and outnon the 2nd floor and it makes it hard to bring the cart into the elevator and can cause you to damage your things, so be careful there. You won't realize its there until its to late. Also the door doesn't stay open very long. You are at a place that you move furniture and other heavy things up and down the elevator. So it would be nice to not have to Rush it. If the door tries closing on you and you stop it from closing it breaks the elevator. A place with so many unit and uhauls to rent. I find it odd they can't afford to have a properly working elevator and the location of their garbage can is a little bit of a joke also. Its to the side of the building where you pull into the gate. But its on the outside of the gate. It seems to make more sense to have it near the exit. You have to do circle around the building to get to it and its super small for a storage place. Irs always full and you will be lucky to fit your things if you are trying to get rid of things. The 1 garbage can you would think a storage place should have isn't even supposed to be used by the people who rent unirse there. But over all these things are super minor. I have never had to worry about the safety of my things and that's what truely matters. It would also be nice to have lights in the United. It doesn't matter the time of the day it is. Its always super dark. So don't forget your flashlights.

I have been renting from State Street storage for going on two years now and have several units. They are WONDERFUL! They are kind, helpful and personable. They always accommodate my needs and have boxes and supplies when I need them. They keep it clean! A previous reviewer said there are homeless people living there. This is absolutely not true! I am there almost every day getting stuff in and out of my unit, for hours and there are zero homeless people living there. These folks really care about security. I have always felt that my items were safe. There are numerous cameras and you need codes to get inside the premises after they leave and codes to get into the building at all hours. The locks on the units are impossible to breach. There are ZERO bugs (a problem I had with outdoor storage). Climate control is fantastic too! I will keep renting for as long as I need to. Thanks, guys!
